Subscription Payments
In creating a quote for 100c for a customer, I discovered their SI Bundle Subscription they have had since 2014 lapsed late last year, probably due to an expired credit card. This, of course, results in a loss of commissions for us, and it's very difficult to even find this out when it happens. I tried earlier this year to get Sage to copy us on the notifications to the customer, if they even do that consistently, but nothing ever happened.
What then went through my mind is the nightmare that is potentially going to occur with all these customers now on subscription. Sage needs to get it together or both we and they are going to lose revenue.
