Strategic Account Manager We have a new ""person to call at Sage regarding sales"". Rob Larsh was Regional Sales Manager (RSM)/Regional Account Manager (RAM), but he's been promoted to ""Manager, Field Sales."" Reporting to him is Kerry Gardner with the new title of ""Strategic Account Manager"". So that adds another level - time to decrease those tier percentages to pay for it.

Kerry was at Sage until 2010 before going to Altec and then into the channel. His new title on LinkedIn is Regional Sales Manager.

I took the new title from his e-mail signature. He can use whatever title he wants as long as he gets me good leads.

Kerry is a good guy and you will like working with him. Of course, that doesn't change things a bit. There are a lot of ""good guys and girls"" working at Sage and it's still a mess to work with them.

Kerry was our CAM before he left Sage, and is excellent at taking care of partners and increasing their sales, which is what he did for us. He is not one to simply call every week to see what I have going on. He will truly help.
