Sage CRM

Strange goings on at one of our Sage 100/CRM integrated clients. The ""Maintain relationship"" button is not available on companies that are not already linked to Sage 100 customers. The button is there and functioning nicely for companies that are linked. Any thoughts or ideas? Edit: Sage CRM v 7.1.d.2, Sage 100 4.5 Advanced.

Maybe, do you see any script errors in the status bar? We had an issue a version or so back. If we had made any security or custom changes to the company screen the button was inactive.

No script errors that I could see. There may be changes to the screen or security. I'll have to check on that. Thanks for the thoughts.

Does you user have security rights in Sage 100 to work with AR Customers?

@LeonardSmith: They do have permissions to manage customers. It's happening on all user accounts. Good thought though.

In the Customer Relationship Manager module > Setup Options in MAS, are they allowed to Create Customers from CRM.

It's checked, @SusanDunn, but that was the first thing I thought of too. I'm thinking that @JohnWilder may be on to something with a screen customization. I'm waiting for them to get back from to the office later this week so that we can do more testing. I'll let you all know what I find.

Not yet, @JohnWilder. We have an appointment set up for next week. Apparently it's not as big a deal for them as they made it sound before.

Here's an update on this issue: The client had actually removed one of the MAS fields from the company screen. When they added them back, the maintain company button was back.
