Stepping up to the plate after screwing up a technology upgrade. I've been with US Cellular since my first cell phone. Started in Iowa and remained with them in Virginia. They implemented a technology upgrade that went south and stayed there for several months. As an apology, they gave us some additional loyalty points to be used for future purchases. Did this cost them a lot? Probably not, but the fact that they stepped up to the plate voluntarily means a lot to me. Too bad other companies that continuously screw up technology upgrades don't do the same.....

@JeffSchwenk Send that to Sage and ask why they didn't provide something similar following the Atlas debacle.

You John and Jeff I'm really surprised to hear you talk like that. We've talked with over 90% of the Sage top partners. Each of them tells us how truly pleased they are with the new Atlas portal. Researching customer information and knowledgebase articles as something they used to spend hours on. Now they've offloaded that all to an extra person who they hired to do nothing but sit and watch the spinning hourglass. Happy Holidays, Sage
