    I have a customer on 2019 Adv. that implemented a VPN and is now trying to set up workstation at a remote location.  The install went fine, but he is getting the 'The Server's Status.FLP file is corrupt or missing.  
    I had him follow KB 30428.  The versions are the same, Read Only is not set. I renamed the sy_console, locate.pvk, sessions.pvk and checked the Keep Alives & Reconnect.  
    This is only happening in the remote location and he tried 2 different machines.
    He says Ping times are solid at 26-27 ms
    I confirmed he was using the correct Port number during setup.
    He says the Status.FLP file is 0 kb.  he tried to update it to be the same size but when he launches Sage, it goes back to 0.
    I'm having him check/turn off AV to see if that's causing a problem.
    Any other ideas?
