    Started upgrade for old client who confesses he does not know the Admin password. Will you share the secret? I know, Vegas rules...

    You will need to call Sage support and open a case. They will forward a document for your client to sign authorizing them to change the pwd. Email back to Sage and call after 15 minutues. You log in as Administrator with a passowrd of 90sam and give them the access code. They will in turn give up a code to reset.
