  • 1.  StarShip Web Installation Hangs

    In trying to update StarShip Web to 24.0.3 I am able to run the installer no problem. The issue I have is that it just hangs. All other parts of StarShip seemed to update ( and test ) ok to 24.0.3 but the StarShip Web on the server won't update and if I try to run StarShip Web it tells me I'm at too low a version and update.

    The first screen shot you have displays the 2 prerequisites are not installed.  Did you click on "Crystal reports Runtime" and the "Starship Web" in your screen shot so that the prerequisites get installed?

    Ok that seems to work - I tried to click on the square boxes which didn't seem to do anything. Only clicking on the missing components worked.

    It's not clear how to initiate the prerequisite installation.  The check boxes get filled in with an X after the prerequisite installation.
