BTW - V-Technolgies has 4-5 tech support staff. They are all awesome. No better quality support that I know of. New strategy suggestion: Hire 5 awesome "tier 3" people instead of 15 tier 1-2 people and 2 tier 3 people. It might make more economic sense, with the added benefit of happy customers.
