No, I reinstalled the web client. So the Connector installs from the desktop client but is used by the web client!? Well that makes sense - NOT!

I was able to get the web client to load by uninstalling Starship Web Client, Web Utilities and IIS, Then reinstalling everything. BUT, the Connector does not get installed. No shortcut to launch the connector and the web client complains the source is not setup, run the connector. Doesn't the connector install with the Web Client?

I believe the IIS components get installed during the web client installation. It may be worth a try re-installing the web client, or uninstall the web client and the IIS service and then re-install the web client.
