This just in from a customer who says they followed a StarShip support suggestion and now their StarShip is slow and V-Technologies is suggestin an upgrade.
We made a recent change to the UPS account in the Startship carrier setup, we basically un-clicked the Packing List box in the International Tab and saved the change. A recommended fix by V-Tech, but now I am getting an error(attached) and we can't use UPS. Furthermore, Starship is so slow, we can barely use the other carriers like USPS and Fed Ex.
They are recommending an upgrade:

We recommend upgrading to v24.0.5 and reauthorizing your UPS account number. If the issue persists after the upgrade, please let us know, and we will continue to investigate further.
