Customer is on an unsupported version of Sage (v2021) and recently upgraded Starship. They are now experiencing issues, and Starship has passed the buck to Sage. But Sage won't touch the unsupported version.
We're having a couple of issues with Star Ship and they are telling us they are Sage issues. One is when we delete an order from SS for whatever reason, it writes back to Sage to delete it, but it is not getting deleted and it's getting invoiced with the batch. The other is when SS verifies ship to addresses, it adds spurious information that is not on the order. Since this info it adds is not in Sage, it can't be a Sage issue. But they say it is. The addition of address info has been going on for awhile. The invoicing we just discovered yesterday. Yes, we have recently updated SS due to a deadline by Fedex. The address problem coincided with the update
Any thoughts regarding the issue? Anybody with Starship experience willing to troubleshoot with the client?
