    Starship error - Cannot close shipments : Cannot find book1 number for Account # 740583

    What version of Starship are you on? Obvious answer but did you reboot the client and the workstation? In these cases, I would usually call V-techonolgy directly.

    I know it is the latest version and yes the workstation was rebooted. Client did end up calling V-Tech. Could not find anything concerning a book1 in help or the KB. If I hear what issue was I will post.
