Sage 100

Sage 100 Advanced 6.20.1 w/ latest version of Starship.  V-Technologies set up the BOI interface.  Issue is with orders on credit hold - Starship is not showing the popup that says the order is on credit hold.  Was on with V-Technologies support yesterday and the "Y" value is being passed over from Sage but Starship isn't populating the mapped field on their end. Tech is going to research but didn't know if anyone here had run into this and had any suggestions that I could forward to him.  Thanks!

My understanding is that, even though you are using the BOI interface and not the StarShip Link, the first time you do the mapping, you need to access the "Customize Interface" screen from Sage 100.  It's the exact same screen you access from StarShip but it needs to be accessed from Sales Order, Shipping Setup Options.

Hmmm....that may be the issue.  The client doesn't use Shipping Data Entry so maybe V-Technologies didn't launch from there initially.  I'll check with them on this.  Thanks!

Yes, this is checked.  I did clear it and reselect it just for kicks.
