Sage 100 2024.1 Advanced with StarShip.

I have a customer that recently upgraded to 2024.1 who also uses StarShip. The customer says that when MIFS is used they "need to print custom Crystal Packing lists, with conditionals, UDFs, serial numbers, custom styles, etc. There is a way to do this but I'd be printing to a single printer thats set up on the server or manage some way of routing print jobs from the server."

Candidly, I almost always have V-Technologies manage upgrading their product. The customer in this case says that V-Technologies is stumped and doesn't know why Sage doesn't work without MIFS.

Has anyone in the group spent any amount of time wrestling with StarShip and MIFS and have any light they can shine on this? 

This is the first customer I've run into with an issue related to printing and MIFS. I'm pretty sure my other customers have at least one UDF that they're using with StarShip forms, etc. 

Any insight to share?
