Sage 100 2023 customer recently added Starship web version, having a problem with company codes being read incorrectly into Starship. This customer has been on Sage 100 a long time and seems to have both 2 letter and 3 letter company codes, with (at least mote) of the 3 letter codes having the 2-letter version in the alt field.
Is that what is causing the problem?
If I revert their country code file to the current Sage 100 default, will customer/shipto/order records with 2 letter codes work correctly or to they need to be updated?
