    Just received this love note from a recent adopter of Starship.

    We have a big problem with Starship.

     We talked to them today and asked why we were unable to get quotes on USPS international packages.  This is how we ship most of our international orders.  It says N/A.  We were told this is how it is because they don't offer it with this program. 

     Seriously???!!!!  We are totally screwed and need to find another solution ASAP as we are getting killed on this.

    I know nothing about Starship!

    Can anyone address whether quoting is available for USPS international packages.  I am hoping to converse with Matt St. John tomorrow.

    Apparently Starship does what customer wants.  But Starship tech support has an issue with communication to the end user.  Sent a note to their sales team to light a fire.  Very hard for me to intervene when I know nothing about the product (Which is what Starship wants).  All I know is bad communication when I hear it.

    Unfortunately, that has been my experience also. Multiple meetings / contacts to find out it actually did what we were asking, but nobody at Starship mentioned that detail.
