    Standard v4.5.5. Installed the Q3 TTU over the weekend. Now Packing printing in shipping entry is cumulating packing lists. Multi Bin is installed. Reinstalled MB product update just in case the TTU is the culprit. Everything was working fine on Friday. Sigh!!!

    Dang MB!! Just had a client issue this morning where the negative tier adjustment won't clear the negative tiers - even though there are positive tiers out there. So now, it is a manual adjustment through IM transaction entry. This client has had sooo many issues with MB. They are actually not going to use it any more and we now need to figure out how to uninstall it without hosing up the entire system. ""Sigh!!!"" doesn't begin to express my frustration with this program....

    Open case with Sage. No solution offered. Sit and wait. Everyone says nothing was touched...... They also have e-Biz.

    If they have any modified forms or UDF's I would also update the UDFs and run the custom office utilities.

    I've turned it over to Sage since the client is on the gold plan Good thought however as this particular form does have a UDF on it.......

    I actually did look at the UDF's after I uploaded the TTU as that has bit me in the butt before. But the problem with UDF's when you have a lot is that you have to do them one at a time. If Sage hasn'r resolved it, I circle back to that one.....

    @JeffSchwenk When updating the UDF's if there are multiple UDF for a particular object, then I only run the update once. Are you saying that you would run it for each UDF on the SalesOrderHeadertable for instance?

    You do have to go into each object separately, however, so it can be a pain.

    @JohnLeonard No, I run it once for the SO header table which picks up all the UDF's in that table. But if you have 25 tables with UDF's, I have to identify all the tables (print the UDF report to PDF) then go down the list to update each table. If Sage does end up spending several hours on this issue and it turns out to be something simple as a UDF update, perhaps this will stir someone to action to fix this thorn in the side......

    @JeffSchwenk OK, that is what I do as well. I was thinking that you meant that you ran it for each UDF. Do not count on Sage doing anything sensible like that.

    GRRRRR - Client has E-biz. People working on E-biz changed security settings on Friday. Modified the settings, all is well. Too many cooks spoil the stew!!!!!
