  • 1.  Standard Financial statements are printing Report Settings - where is this controlled?

    We have a client on Sage Partner Cloud who reports that since the day SPC went down last week, when one (only one) user prints GL reports, it prints Report Settings. I found that the GL Detail report had the Report Settings checkbox enabled and showed her where to turn it off. She also gets it when she prints Standard Financial Statements, and there is no place to enable/disable that setting that I find. I DFDM's SY_ReportSetting for that user/computer and the setting is disabled. Am I overlooking something?

    I walked through the report setting, but there is no setting to print Report Settings in Standard Financial Statements.

    @Barbara Goldstein Have you reviewed the Report Format Maintenance?  Not sure how only the GL Standard Financials would be printing that information with these settings, yet we've seen more weird than that. ​

    I don't see anything in Report Format Maintenance that applies to printing Report Settings.
