Sage 100

Standard 100 2017 sp 2 - install and upgrade went with out issues. Crystal is giving me a Database logon and can't figure out why. Found document 57706 and working with IT but nothing so far. Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated !!!

Could be permissions. I see the ""Deferred"" printer is your printer. If deferred printer is the default printer I usually look at the permissions on the shares and then on the file permissions. Try logging in as administrator and see if you get the same behavior.

I noticed in the attached PDF that the printer specified is DEFERRED. Did you choose that specifically? If not there may be a user permissions issue preventing you from printing.

If it isn't permissions, are you using Client/Server ODBC Driver? If so, is the port assigned?

Can you browse out to the network drive / location where Sage 100 is installed? It should allow you to do so without challenging you for User ID and Password. Is Deferred the only printer available inside of Sage 100?

Ok finally got it to work. It looks like it had an old driver and once we found it and deleted it all is happy ! Thanks everyone for all the help!
