I was also chatting privately with Brett - you can search Google for public postings to the Sage KB just by adding in: site:infosource.sagesoftwareonline.com See image example which shows a generic search to return the public cases in Google's index and I've also told Google to only show me ones added within the last month (the date criteria is set on the left)

This search will return links to any public documents indexed in Google under the term TTU

So how much of the KB is searchable via Google? Everything that we normally get at?
