did you post you new improved sage premium upgrade/migration.  I would be interested in seeing it.

Jim,
I made requests of Sage to improve things, and the dev team is considering it.  What I explained to Elliott (...how real world situations often make the connection to a live source system difficult or impossible... what a pain it is to migrate from Premium to Premium when the source server is not available for a variety of reasons) was well received, and he sees the benefit of a method with less technical hurdles.  The basic idea is to allow migration with a copy of MAS90 and .BAK files of the databases (MAS_System and the company DBs).  Of course, this kind of data source for a migration would really help with Premium disaster recovery too.  Time will tell if anything comes of it... but no guarantees.
