Sage 100

Hello

Has anyone experienced this problem?  It is happening when trying to log into Sage 100 Premium (2018) . It only happens for users getting the error on a terminal (remote) server - not for users logging into direct to the server from their desktops.

Get that if the password is not correct. Also, if it's a terminal server may want to enable MARS.

On the Sage server, launch the Sage SQL Settings task from the start menu and see if the Database Server is set to "(Local)" or "(Localhost)" (or some equivalent).  If so, update that to use the server's true SQL Instance name.

I have also seen that when the instance id is wrong. For example server name is s100 but the instance id is Sage100.

Check that there is no firewall blocking the SQL service between the terminal server and Sage server.
