Carmen Cruz saved me this weekend for an initial Premium install for a Sage upgrade. The live data became corrupted somewhere in the process. Thankfully I made a backup of the company database, the MAS_System and the MAS90 folder before I starting anything. The date restore was failing. She connected with me @ 11:30pm CST Saturday night and got the back up in place.
During the help she provided me this weekend, I mentioned we might be contacting her regarding the full process of installing, migrating and converting of Premium. She said she would love to have an 8 hour session to start from installing a new SQL instance all the way the conversion along with SQL information. She would set up a virtual server for users to connect to which require the attendees to bring laptops to the session. She also suggested a video is made of the session for users to refer back to, (Even though she doesn't like to see herself on camera, but neither do I.)
