SPS virtual terminal has an email template, and one of our customers is getting emails sent to her for each transaction processed through Sage 100. Is there a way to get those sent to the customer's email address?

The customer is probably getting them also. Check the settings in the virtual terminal. My clients have beat success calling SPS and having them assist with setting up what they prefer.
