SPS Merchant Readiness Fyi, there's a relatively new SPS (Sage Payment Solutions) group that was established in January of this year called 'Merchant Readiness', and they're there ""to support the consultants with training or can just handle the VT (Virtual Terminal) part of the training if need be. They are also available to assist with anything related to Sage Exchange, whether it be configuration issues, questions on Sage Exchange functionality, etc. They are separate from the VT Support Department as they are tasked with just handling Sage MME client install supports for SPS, so when you are working with Merchant Readiness, that is their sole focus"". So once a client signs on with SPS, someone from the SPS Merchant Readiness team will reach out directly to the client, welcoming them and to schedule the training session. The training is about 1 hour and covers credit card processing, i.e., the functionality inside Sage 100, the new Sage Exchange, SPS VT, etc. Normally we as the Sage 100 Partner provide this training and handle everything, which I'm still planning on mostly doing for the v2013 upgrade I'm currently working on, but it sounds like this SPS training could be helpful so I'll let you know how it goes.

I have a client that has been signed with SPS n since last year... but they also use Web Site Pipeline. WSP does the processing for them, and they have many questions that no one can seem to answer as it is always ""the other guys"" problem, and I am totally stumped! Maybe this will be a good resource! Thanks for the heads up
