At approximately 12:45pm EST, we began receiving calls from merchants using Sage gateway products, third-party gateway products, and physical terminals who are reporting error messages or unresponsive services when attempting to process payments. Some transactions are authorizing; we are recommending that all merchants check their batches before settling for the day.
Our IT teams are engaged and working to identify the issue.
