Spotted this on the SWK website regarding older versions of Sage 100 ERP. I think it's a good idea since so many users tend to forgo upgrades and then become support burdens as they struggle to migrate v4.05 to Windows 8. I am especially being hit by the FRX migrations where some of my customers seems to switch desktops/laptops every 3 months. ""The SWK Help Desk will no longer support migration of unsupported versions of Sage 100 ERP to new server environments."" I'm not opposed to providing assistance but I don't think it should be under a standard support agreement.

Did you intend to include an attachment or screen shot of the SWK position statement?

Are you ready to say ""no longer supports"" or opt instead for ""no longer guarantees""?

The xxx Help Desk will no longer include migration of unsupported versions from one server to another (or re-installation) as part of prepaid support, however paid assistance is available at your request.
