  • 1.  SPC down? How can we get support after hours/weekends?

    Hi All,

    Sorry to bother anyone on Sunday but can anyone with clients on SPC check if you can log into any of your clients' servers?
    The website is up (https://sage100na.sagepartnercloud.com/) but I cannot log into any customer's VMs.  I noticed we had some random issues this week with the "Virtual Machine Access" link missing when logging in but I thought it was just a random thing.
    Well, today I got a message from Russ Berman (another fellow 90 Minds partner) saying he couldn't log in and I verified the same issue.

    Who can we contact at Sage to help with this after hours/weekends?!  Anyone have any ideas?

    I am having the same issue.  I am checking  my contacts.  The partner portal is up.   Seems like an issue with the sagepmcloud domain.

    Was there any location that you found that provided a more current update on SPC status? 
    The Sage status page did not initially seem to indicate an outage ( https://status.sage.com/ ) though there was an entry after-the-fact here - https://status.sage.com/incidents/7ykkgqlkndh9

    I saw the first report 6/23/24 at 2:43 pm EST - which appears to indicate that it took Sage almost 10 hours to post a notice of an outage ( or an outage investigation )

    10 hours!

    Thanks, Wayne, for that information.  I couldn't find anything about the status or support.  We need to let Sage know that if they are expecting to offer a 24/7-type service, they need to offer 24/7 support for that service.
