Did anyone notice SPC was down all day Sunday? Very concerned that Sage doesn't monitor the Cloud status at night or weekends. They also have no after-hours support to at least notify them. We had a few clients very upset. The Sage Status page erroneously showed all operational. We still don't know what caused it. I did speak with other resellers on Sunday, and they were down also.
They did post something, more in retrospect (vs automated, during the outage). Link
I'm sorry for posting this, I see Javier already posted. Sage really needs after hours support line or email. I bet it was something simple too.
