  • 1.  SPC disconnections

    A couple of our SPC clients (the Sage Partner Portal version) are experiencing disconnections this week.  Both RDC and web based... full VM sessions and remote app.  Some appear to be idle time-outs (like going to lunch), but I am not sure on that.

    Anyone have tips on how to troubleshoot?

    Not sure if this is related to SPC connections via Microsoft RDP, but there has been update this month that causes the RDGateway to crash if one or more users are connected with RPC-HTTP. 

    This causes users connected to experience a disconnect. 
    There are a couple workarounds, and uninstalling the offending update on the gateway resolves the problem (until Microsoft releases a permanent fix)
