I use a program called Breevy. I type a specific set of keystrokes on my laptop and the email message is created.

No, I actually meant a script to run the five or so lines of code. Typing the gibberish is painful.....

Actually, you could. It would have to be a button script. By the time you got it setup, you could have typed the lines of code in though.
