Yes, SPS sale is imminent, but it has been for a few weeks. We're not sure if this strategically is going to happen before or after Summit, if we can consider Sage to think strategically. I would think before Summit would be better, so they have a message and plan during Summit. The plan was that SPS would still be THE exclusive solution offered for Sage products. The roadmap for Sage 100 still includes SPS-based enhancements, but no mention of the change. This has also not been specifically addressed with the BPAC. (These types of events are explained away as actions that cannot be revealed because Sage is a public company.)
