Someone at Sage is clearly being paid per article published. In reply to the KB question ""What Sales Order reports provide Customer Sales History data"" -- they proceed to list the only three reports that start with ""Customer Sales History... "". Thanks. I wouldn't have figured that out without a KB

Maybe this is the bad news they're trying to deliver in the last paragraph: These Customer Sales History reports derive their source information from the SO_SalesHistory.m4t data file/table to populate temporary work tables from which the reports are generated. The SO_SalesHistory file/table itself is updated whenever invoices are posted via the Sales Order Sales Journal (from Sales Order, Main menu, Daily Sales Reports/Updates). As a result invoices posted through AR Invoice Data Entry will not be included in these reports. There is a customer sales history report in the AR - Reports menu which will include sales from both SO and AR. The gross profit on the AR report includes tax amounts as it is a true Gross Profit (total revenue minus the direct costs; tax is not a direct cost)
