Somebody posted a link to this in a blog comment today. Doesn't really get into the details of the claimed problems: http://www.justdeals.com/media/FAC-2.25.14.pdf Lawsuit against Netsuite

Seems like a relatively small amount of damages. Interesting that they are also claiming up to 25 co-defendants. I wonder if that might include any ""white label"" consultants working to implement Netsuite?

That and as a layman it seemed to be sloppily written, but still...And some of these mid-tier websites are characters based in Brooklyn who want to buy cheap/cheap and when desparate ERP salespeople give in to that and don't deliver cheap, their 'brother in law' is a lawyer and threatens to sue with stuff like this.

It's relatively cheap to sue (provided you have the free legal) and I think when you sue you're protected from any type of defamation/libel based on what you allege in the lawsuit. Worth noting these guys are in the porn capital of North America.

LOL. And you are an expert on Porn Distribution :) However, in many states if you sue, you have to put up a substantial bond, sometimes as much as 3x you are suing for in case you lose as a disincentive for frivolous lawsuits.
