Somebody give me a brain please, not a brain freeze ----- User want to see the customer memo's when entering SO's. When I enter a SO, the memo's display for me. Not so for him. I check the memo maintenance in both AR and SO. They are set to display for his assigned role. I don't see any role settings that apply but it would be the first that Sage mislabels something. Where the heck is the switch hidden?????

If you go into Memo Manager, pick customer memo, then his role, and change something in the screen and save, does it work then?

Nope! I tried that initally as it has worked for me in the past. I am hoping there is a role check box with a different name that controls how they pop up.

Where exactly are you verifying the memo settings?

Memo Manager Maintenance in either SO, AR or Common

Memo Manager sets the defaults. Each memo can have overrides, though, which is what you may be experiencing. Go to memo maintenance within the customer record to see the options.

Create a test user with his role and see if memo's display.

I usually set up a test user named DUMMY for this exact type of testing. Dummy fails to display the memo's also. Bill, user doesn't see any memos. I think I will set up a new role and see how that works.
