Some how one of Wayne's Internet requests made it to my in box. See below. Is this something for JobOps or the Ascent Business Systems? Our HVAC company is looking to change our office software. Can you tell me if your product includes a dispatch board where we can schedule our appointments? Also, we have many planned maintenance customers that we need to track. We typically have 2-4 users in the office. We have 5 technicians that require the ability to see their schedule, including tasks that are not billable, customer information such as previous history and the ability to invoice from the field. We are currently using ServiceCEO and have been looking at Ventus and SuccessWare21. We are also hoping to integrate our new software with a GPS system

That was my second question to her. She declined to provide one so I gave her a number to confirm that it was doable. Still waiting on her response...........

Always be sure your number is ""a solution such as this would typically START AT ... "" -- this guards against them coming back and saying ""oh we forgot to mention that we have 20 offices and 25 entities ...

    It sounds like JOB-OPS.

I was actually thinking Automated Service from Ascent would make more sense for the Field Service aspect, even though they both have it. I thought Ascent was stronger but I could be wrong.

We do have people on staff that work with Automated Service.

Dawn, how do the two compare?

It would be nice if Synergistic had a comparison guide, but they do not. All they have said is that they believe Automated Service's customer service is not good.
