    So the Audit reports (GL, AR, AP, & IM) prompt after printing if you want to purge the data you just printed and default to the ""no"" option. My client said, ""take the yes option away"" and I was happy to oblige until I discovered you can't get to these screens through custom office. So if there anyway to hide the ""yes"" to purge option on the audit reports?

    It is a Security Event under each module - ie, ""Allow Purging of Customer Audit"". Uncheck the option and the question should not come up.
