Anyone have a good suggestion to print SO Forms an have multiple SO #"s print.   Essentially the same end result as Combined SO's on Invoice.  But looking for options to get multiple SOs to print on a single document.

A couple of thoughts:

1. Today there is a way to print non-consecutive orders (document numbers) in one go, but this wouldn't combine them into a single document. Using SO Printing from the SO Main menu in ABC here you can see how a comma separates the order numbers where I'm pretending these are related orders:

2. If there is a logical way to know how the multiple SOs are related (e.g. Customer No and Customer PO), then as an example, a button could be added to a screen that figures out the related SO's then does a BOI style scripted printing of those orders. It would still be a separate print-out for each related SO though.

I've done this before - had to change the grouping in the form so that it didn't page break by SO, among other changes

Hi John,

I have used Sage Alerts and Workflow to consolidate invoices into one document, if there is a rule for how the Sales Orders are consolidated I am sure you can achieve the same goal.

Another idea: custom report (not using a work table) with a parameter prompt for a list of SO #'s.  Design the report to look like an SO... merging the lines according to whatever logic they want.
