Sage 100

So our client has encountered a weird printing problem. They are logging into Sage 100 via a terminal server session and can print from Word or Excel within this session with no problem. When they log into Sage, the only print option is ""Deferred."" And it doesn't matter which user logs into Sage.

Are you connecting in via Windows ""Remote Desktop Connection""? Maybe try disabling local printers on your connection properties. Otherwise the users may not have sufficient rights to the Sage folder on the server. Or maybe try re-running the workstation setup as Administrator.

It's always been the network rights issue for me, when I've seen it.
