SO lines don't match totals (total = $0.00) - Note - Sales Tax is not enabled

We upgraded this client to 2019.3 Advanced (from 2017) in early August.  Since the upgrade, they have 2 S/O's where lines <> totals.  Sales Tax is NOT enabled in their system.  In one order, the only line item with a price is a kit item.  In the other order, the only line item with a price is a special item. One order was promoted from a quote (quote date was in May 2020), promoted on 9/26.  The other was created 8/21/2020 (not promoted from a quote).  Totals tab = $0.00.

In both cases, if I add an item to the order, the new total only reflects the amount of the newly added line.  For the order with the kit item, I created a new order and selected the item.  Line = totals.  When I create a new order and copy from the original, Lines = Totals.

    Thoughts?

Turns out the attached KB provides the way to fix the orders.  In our case, not all the orders were converted quotes, but the fix is the same.
