    Customer had an SO Sales Journal update interrupted but when you try and restart it, it says the sales order is missing. I can see the sales journal in Paperless and the invoice for the SO it is referencing DID update. The SO_InvoiceRestart file has that invoice in it as if the update should restart at that invoice but it appears to already be updated. It was a zero dollar invoice with no items shipped. 

    My question is, what happens if I reinitialize that file? TIA!

    If you remove the invoice record or reinit the file, because you have made it to stage of the Update and since there were no items shipped, presumably your last potential issue is with GL_DailyPosting. To be totally safe, make a copy company, then in the copy, reinit the file, restart the Update, then check the DTR to see if it's off.

    Hey @Alnoor Cassim, reinitializing the SO_InvoiceRestart file did the trick but the interrupted sales journal HAD a DTR that included ALL invoices. The AR TB is missing the half-dozen or so invoices so the journal needs to be updated but not the DTR. I'm also wondering about the three credit cards from those half-dozen or so invoices - did they get processed? Tried calling the customer but of course she is gone for the weekend. (I did this all in a backup company so I'm waiting for her response before I do it in the live company.)
