So I was expecting to see a Y or N for PR direct deposit sent in v2018.3 and see this ""P"". Is this pending because it was sent on the 20th and the check is dated the 21st? Could the programmers have actually coded some logic to it?

Are you sure it was actually sent? I've seen it be P in older versions when the system has had issues emailing.

I need to check again with the PR gal who had actually created one to herself to test to see if actually came through her email. I saw a quick blurr of email processing during the update process. It did not give us an email error.
