Attached are two documents (one email and one migration sign off) that being used by the Sage folks. They are reaching out directly as I received both from a client earlier this week. I highlighted in yellow the guts (imho) of the upsell. They should use the word WILL instead of MAY when explaining what happens if you don't pay. I have been advising mine to bite the bullet, upgrade to ADV and move on. Hate to say everyone is doing it, but hey, Disney just announced that you now have to pay to park at their hotels now. Why?
