Sage 100

So here is the supported versions list. But is it really a clear as it seems? - Sage 100 2015 and 2016 are the only two officially supported versions operating under Windows 10 - which many customers are either installing or having pushed upon their desktops. - Sage 100 2015 and 2016 are the only two versions to receive product updates (the others are YMMV one-off patches which are not guaranteed) - Technically 2013 receives phone support until 9/2016 - but that doesn't help with Windows 10 compatibility or patch availability In my opinion, the Sage 100 supported versions are the versions which officially receive product updates - 2015 and 2016. All other versions - you take your chances.

Our objective is to have all customers on either 2015 or 2016, except in rare instances where customizations make this difficult. That, of course, is not a simple objective, but it will make support much easier. It appears that is also Sage's objective.
