Sage 100

Hi

Client is on Sage100 2019, and when they partial ship an SO line, the extension remains qty ordered x price, (as opposed to qty bo x price) after the sales journal is updated.

This does not happen all the time, but often enough to be a pain.

Has anyone seen anything like this to provide some direction ?

Something similar happened at one of my customers a couple of years ago.  It turned out to be Kaspersky AV real time scanning.
