Sage 100

Client is suddenly getting this when trying to print Daily Sales Reports/Updates.  Have rebooted server.  Checked and the SO folder is still where it should be and the programs look like they are there.

I have NO idea what else to look for.  Help!

Try having everyone exit Sage 100 and rename SY_LockFileInfo.

Perfect timing, @Mary Jo Krueger - I was just coming to say I tried that and it seemed to have worked.  I only tried it because someone FINALLY had an error that actually mentioned that file name.
