    So do we think my customer has maint tomorrow or not? They mailed the check directly to Sage. Yesterday they had 2 plans current and today they have one and one went to expired... nothing for Future.

    They should - we usually see about a 1-2 week ""grace"" period on our renewals.

    It should have been put into future for the second one. If you see they got the money on 6/20/13 for the renewal and put it from start date 6/20/13 - 6/26/13 They actually got 6 days for the check that got sent to them. We have to watch everything on this portal. It will be interesting tomorrow to see if it gets corrected without a call.

    I see - yes we've had these as well where you have to watch the renewal to be sure it's posted properly online.

    So @WayneSchulz what is your opinion, do you make the client call Sage since they paid them directly or do you call Sage to get it posted properly?
