Sage 100

SMI or BI or Alchemex Licensing I have SMI installed on my desktop. Since Summit I think I need to get serious about learning this program so I installed Sage 2013 and SMI on my new laptop. Never had Sage or SMI installed. I can't Register the software because it says my password is wrong. What password where? In addition, I am getting an error in License Manager that says all workstation licenses are currently assigned to other workstations. Can SMI only be installed once? How do we demo? Some direction would be appreciated.

we had the same issue internally - ended up that we needed to put our ""OLD"" Sage customer number in the registration.
