    SMI Install License Manager issue. We have a client who has downloaded and installed Sage MAS Intelligence on a workstation. The install went as shown in the instructions up to the point where you are asked to start the SMI License Manager to register the product. At that point, they get ""BI Signon has encountered a problem and needs to close"" whenever they try to start the SMI license manager. The error occurs prior to getting the ""Please Select a Network Folder for the Report Repository"" screen. The workstation is running XP SP3 and Excel 2007. MAS 90 is version 4.40.0.3. Has anyone else had this experience or have a possible solution.
