  • 1.  Slow Creating Direct Deposit File

    2019 Standard, payroll 2.20. - We went live a couple of weeks ago.  The user is reporting extreme slowness creating the payroll direct deposit file.  It eventually finishes, but now takes 3 -4 minutes compared to 30 seconds on version 2016.  Has anyone else experienced this?

    Try running from different workstation or even the server to rule out the network or workstation?
